About Smash Hit Kickboxing Club

Smash Hit Kickboxing Club is a gym at 48 N Saginaw St in Pontiac, MI, with a signature class method that combines boxing and kickboxing moves with total-body conditioning. The club describes workouts in which participants use their own heavy bag while learning combinations tied to both fitness and self-defense. That heavy-bag format is central to the stated approach, bringing striking practice and conditioning together rather than treating them as separate activities.

The gym offers both onsite services and online classes, giving its programming an in-person and remote presence.
